Problem:
Need to gather log files for Support to troubleshoot Linux/Unix
Solution:
Attached is a perl script that will gather and tar files that support will request. It will create a file called gather.tar.gz in the /tmp folder.
1. Download file
2. Copy to machine displaying issue
3. chmod +x gatherlogs.pl
4. Run ./gatherlogs.pl
5. Attach the /tmp/gather.tar.gz to case
