I just started working with Patch Manager on Linux. I notice that for LDPM 9.x version, it can integrate with Linux Vendor Tools to patch 32 bit linux. For LDPM 2016, patch manager no longer work with 32 bit linux. Would you please help with the questions below?
1. If I have both 32 bit and 64 bit linux and have patch manager 2016. Can I work with the 32 bit clients using the 9.x agent connecting to the patch manager 2016 server?
2. Can 2016 linux client agent (64 bit) integrate with Linux vendor tools (e.g. Redhat Satellite) to provide automatic patching and dependency checking function?
3. Is there any getting start document on working with Linux 64 bit system with LDPM 2016? Not sure if this, How to leverage Linux vendor tools to remediate vulnerabilities still work with LDPM 2016? Looks like LDPM 2016 need manual download of Linux patch again?
